Juping is an experienced researcher with a background in nursing and public health. Since the completion of her PhD at Stirling University in 2005, she has developed her expertise further in qualitative/quantitative research, tool development and validation, and consensus methods. Her research focuses on enhancing care and support for people from diverse backgrounds regarding age, ethnicity, health and socioeconomic status across health and social care settings. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion in research and has consolidated her work within this area by successfully engaging various underrepresented populations in her work. She also co-leads the Ethnic Minority Research Advisory Group (EMRAG) at the University of South Wales to promote inclusivity in research. Juping welcome more opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration and strive to make her research more innovative.
