Megan is a state registered Clinical scientist, health economist and an NHS researcher at Cedar, a healthcare technology research centre based in Cardiff. She has developed expertise in evaluation of health care technologies and interventions using techniques from areas such as implementation science, social return on investment and health economics. During her work she uses a wide range of methods including critical reviews, quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis and economic modelling. Her background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering, working as a field engineer in the oil industry, and an MSc in Biomedical Engineering. Megan enjoys the opportunity to collaborate with people who bring different experiences and expertise to a project, especially where this helps to develop or disseminate improvements in healthcare.
