Grigorios is a Royal Academy of Engineering Research Fellow and a Lecturer in the School of Computer Science & Informatics, Cardiff University. From 2008 to 2011, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Health Information Privacy Laboratory, Vanderbilt University, USA. Grigorios received a Diploma, from the University of Crete (2005) and a Ph.D. from Cardiff University (2009), both in Computer Science. He conducts research on data privacy, which involves identifying privacy threats and developing technology (algorithms, software, policies) to eliminate them. Grigorios actively pursues applications of his research in domains, such as healthcare and business, and he is keen to develop collaborations to explore issues related to data sharing and analysis.

In November 2016, Grigorios relocated to London, where he is now a Lecturer in the Department of Informatics, King’s College London.
