Dr. Sheetal Menon is a Lecturer at the Cardiff School of Management, Cardiff Metropolitan University, and previously worked as a postdoctoral research associate at Said Business School, University of Oxford, and Research Fellow at Green Templeton College. Sheetal has a doctoral degree in business management, PG Diploma in Patent Law, and PG Certificate in Teaching and Academic Practice. She is also a Fellow of Higher Education Academy. Before transitioning into academia, Sheetal worked as Management Consultant with a prominent strategic advisory firm based in India. Her consultancy portfolio features international development projects for the World Bank, FAO, USAID, and the Gates Foundation. Sheetal’s research explores both the business and social perspectives to achieve circular economy and sustainability transitions, and her work spans across sectors aiming to meaningfully contribute to wider discussions with practice and policy. Sheetal is an active member the British Academy Early Career Researcher Network, British Academy of Management, and European Academy of Management.
